What are the responsibilities and job description for the LCDC- Licensed Chemical Dependency Associate position at Lakes Regional Community Center?
Position will maintain current electronic documentation, meet productivity levels and fiscal responsibility and viability. Direct services to include program delivery in individual, group, family and educations formats; clinical substance use assessment, recovery plan development and occasional crisis intervention. Delivers Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services to an assigned caseload in a clinical setting. Will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary teams that could include their prescriber, case manager, and community resource contacts. Maintains client caseload in an outpatient setting. Facilitates psych-education classes, group therapy, support groups, and individual counseling. Inputs clinical documentation into case management systems and case files in a timely manner for all services rendered with or on behalf of clients. Licensure as a Chemical Dependency Associate.
Salary: $17/hrly if candidate completed 0-2000 hours
$19/hrly if candidate completed 2001-4000 hours

Work hours: 9am to 8pm from Mon-Thurs
