We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and financial activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial software applications and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Duties
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage communications with clients.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Conduct account reconciliations and general ledger reconciliation
- Prepare financial reports and journal entries
- Handle payroll tasks efficiently
- Utilize software such as QuickBooks for financial management
- Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping
Qualifications
- Proficiency in communications
- Experience with Sage, QuickBooks, Quicken, and other financial software
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and journal entries accurately
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in office management or related field is preferred
