Summer's Better at Lakeshirts
As a Lakeshirts intern, you will get the opportunity to apply your classroom knowledge to real-world business scenarios. You'll take a deep dive into our non-corporate culture as we share our core values with you, and show how we utilize them on a daily basis, in all aspects of the resort & collegiate-licensed apparel business.
We will have internship opportunities in:
- MARKETING | Social Media & Content focused
- CUSTOMER SERVICE | Event Planning, Administrative & Projects
- ART/GRAPHIC DESIGN | Design Modifications & Color Manipulation
- SAFETY & TRAINING | Reporting, Research, Audits & Training Creation
- APPAREL DEVELOPMENT | Assisting, Prepping & Organizing
- HUMAN RESOURCES | Assisting & Projects
- PURCHASING | Analysis, Purchase Orders & Vendor Communication
What we're looking for:
- Students currently attending or newly graduated from college.
- Full Time Interns, working on-site from our HQ in Detroit Lakes MN
- Detail oriented
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills - Written & Verbal
- Ability to problem solve, create ideas and take feedback
- Self-starter who is ready to contribute & tackle any task sent their way
- Knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Specific fields of study or program knowledge may be required for some internships (ex. Graphic Design, Marketing, Accounting, Knowledge of Adobe Programs, etc.)

As we gear up for a busy summer, additional needs may arise. Application review process will start at the end of March. We will monitor applicants for internships that will fit their skills to a tee.
