This position is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building trades, plumbing, and repair and replacement maintenance or handy work. He/she will also possess excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license with 3 years of good driving history is required. Compensation includes $20.00-$22.00/Hour plus up to 5% quarterly bonus potential and 20% housing discount.
