Role Description
This is a part time on-site role for a Member Service Representative at Lakeshore Federal Credit Union located in Muskegon, MI. The Member Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling member inquiries via phone and in person, and managing financial transactions. Other duties include maintaining accurate records, assisting members with account management, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to address member needs
- Proficiency in computer literacy and related software
- Understanding of basic finance principles
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a credit union/banking setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in finance or customer service is beneficial
