We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Municipal Growth to join our team at Lakeshore Recycling Systems LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and business strategies to grow our municipal and residential line of business. You will work closely with our Customer Experience Center and Operations teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role provides analytical and statistical support for our municipal partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong active listening skills. Additionally, you should be able to grasp concepts quickly, follow through on challenges, and maintain a positive outlook.
In this role, you will identify market trends and opportunities for growth, develop and implement comprehensive sales and business strategies, and foster and continue to grow relationships and contracts with our municipalities. You will also be responsible for managing municipal/governmental bids and activities, working closely with executive management and our marketing team. You will drive marketing and public education for the municipalities, ensuring they have Lakeshore Recycling Systems top of mind.
