Job Overview
Lakeshore Recycling Systems LLC is seeking a reliable and skilled Residential Driver to join our team. As a key member of our waste management team, you will be responsible for servicing assigned routes with the collection and hauling of waste or recycling materials to a disposal site or recycling plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a truck in a safe manner, complying with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Provide waste or recycling removal services to customers on assigned routes by emptying trash/recycling receptacles into the truck and hauling to a disposal site.
- Replace trash/recycling receptacles neatly at the curb or designated area.
- Clean up waste spills and overflows.
- Maintain and update route sheets.
- Conduct pre-trip/post trip inspections and complete logs.
- Maintain and update driver's log sheets.
- Interact professionally with internal and external customers.
- Clean waste from the packer blade and truck body.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
