We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to support the export team of a large manufacturing organization headquartered in Denver, Colorado. This position will be 98% email support.
Overview : In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle, from receipt of purchase orders to delivery. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage export logistics while maintaining high customer service standards. You will also collaborate with various internal teams, warehouses, and external partners to ensure timely and compliant order processing and delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate, process, prioritize and document orders primarily through email communication
- Manage orders from receipt to final delivery, ensuring compliance with export requirements and handling any post-delivery issues
- Respond promptly to customer emails, maintaining priorities and ensuring high service levels
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product setup, manage order expediting, and follow up on pending issues through email
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve order processing and shipping workflows
- Address and resolve any issues related to debit / credit adjustments and post-delivery concerns
