Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the upkeep and operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a thorough understanding of This role requires effective leadership to ensure the facility operates smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all facility maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in their daily operations.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the facility.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to maintenance tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
