Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all facility maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in their daily operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the facility.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
