Drive Social Media Excellence : Lead the charge in managing our social media program, from content creation to paid advertising and in-depth reporting, ensuring our brand's voice shines across platforms.Support Growing Amazon Account Business : Help maximize sales across our titles, both frontlist and backlist, through active monitoring, reporting, and strategic action.Innovate for Our Direct-to-Consumer Website : Bring your strategic flair to develop and execute digital campaigns for Dover's website. You'll help us create compelling content that resonates with our audience and boosts engagement.Lead a Dynamic Content Team : Oversee our Metadata Specialist and work with other content producers to ensure we stay ahead of industry best practices for metadata and keywords to optimize and drive performance.Boost Visibility through SEO & SEM : Shape and execute our SEO and SEM strategies across platforms, ensuring we're ahead of the curve in search engine marketing.Create Stunning Content : Channel your creative energy to design eye-catching visuals, videos, and banners to support various digital initiatives, from Amazon listings to email marketing.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and driving sales directly to consumers and trade customersProficiency in creative tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver, plus a working knowledge of HTML and JavaScriptStrong background in SEO, SEM, and digital paid advertisingAnalytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skillsLeadership experience, including hiring, training, and developing talentExcellent time management and project prioritization skillsBonus Points : Experience in book publishing!Why You'll Love Working with Us :
