What You’ll Do
- Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product standards.
- Use Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods to optimize production processes.
- Oversee quality audits, compliance, and change management for ongoing improvements.
- Train and mentor employees on best practices in quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to implement new ideas and improve operations.
- 5 years of experience in quality management, ideally in printing or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and improve processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage teams at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, etc.).
