Starting Rate: $22.05/hour plus $1/hour 2nd shift differential

Location: N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton WI 54915
As our Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, you will:
- Lead and coordinator the activities of employees and temps within the department
- Assign and train and redirect tasks to employees as needed. Ensure the team is working together to meet goals.
- Give safety tours and make sure safety standards are being met
- Assist with unloading trucks using forklift and walkie rides as needed to wrap pallets, staging freight
- Help drivers at the window as needed. Scheduling trucks for pick-ups. Request and enter routing information from customer websites
- Organize shipping paperwork (BOLs, invoices, packing slips).
- Verify completed orders prior to shipment and investigate missing parcels needed
- Discuss production, suggested improvements, and concerns with the Supervisor.
- This is a hands on Coordinator role, meaning the individual will help in completing shipping and receiving tasks, operator equipment, in addition to other duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication skills

- Prior training or lead experience preferred
- Job requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and will be standing or walking for the entire duration of your shift
