Our PMO Director offers a team-oriented individual the opportunity to play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of key projects that align with the company’s growth objectives. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of project management methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for facilitating project prioritization, monitor project progress, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Responsible to champion and lead continuous improvement (CI) by regularly evaluating project management processes and outcomes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across all projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, project sponsors, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and team leadership.
• Proven experience in implementing Hoshin Kanri for strategic planning and alignment is preferred.
• Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with certifications such as Green Belt or Black Belt a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required; Program Management Professional (PgMP) and/or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.
