ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership and Oversight
Supervise and mentor project managers and team members.
Oversee the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project dashboards and performance metrics.
Continuously assess and improve project management processes and tools.
