Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to lead our organization in developing and managing programs that support our athletes. Duties
- Oversee the development and implementation of programs tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners.
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and manage budgets for various programs while ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to program activities and outcomes.
- Advocate for the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities within the community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management or development, particularly in behavioral health or social services.
- Strong relationship management skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Excellent administrative skills, including budgeting and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering professional growth and development.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage various stakeholders effectively.
