Position Description:
Client Services Coordinators supervise facility maintenance requests from beginning to end. This is an office-based position with potential for hybrid setting requiring substantial phone and computer usage.
What you'll do:
- Estimate, negotiate, and coordinate facilities maintenance projects, managing a workload of approximately 30-50 work orders.
- Source and supervise subcontractors, ensuring on-time, budget-friendly repairs.
- Provide outstanding customer service and communication through digital tools.
- Complete OSHA 30 Certification within six months (paid by employer).

- Proven ability to manage high-volume work orders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency with phone, computer, and work order systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and team-oriented leadership.
- Willingness to work on-call shifts remotely.
- First 90 days will be an in-office training period with a schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After training, the regular shift will transition to 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Benefits including health, vision, dental, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and more.
- Compensation package ~$55,000 per year (includes base salary plus estimated performance-based commissions, with no earnings ceiling).
