Privately held Facilities Maintenance company based near Charlotte, NC looking for an experienced full-time Chief Operating Officer (EOS Integrator)

Accountabilities and Outcomes :
Faithfully executes the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned P&L objectives.Leads, manages, and holds the leadership team (Controller, Finance, Operations, and Sales) accountable for achieving agreed upon commitments and KPIs.Integrates all major operating functions of the business. Ensures everyone is rowing together in the same direction. Minimum of 10 years of proven experience managing the operations of diverse or complex facilities as Chief Operating Officer or equivalent role, preferably in the Facilities Maintenance industry or closely related field.BS / BA in Business Administration. MSc / MBA and / or a bachelor’s degree in engineering is a plus.Proven ability to develop, cost, and execute strategic facilities plans, including facility improvement projects.Experience as an EOS Integrator.We will look for candidates who possess the following attributes :

Job Title : Integrator / Chief Operating Officer
Work Environment : This job operates in a professional, dog-friendly office environment. This role routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines and requires the use of ubiquitous and customized office software.
Reporting Structure : Reports directly to the CEO.
Salary : Salary is negotiable and based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
