Overview :

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will drive operational excellence and strategic growth across the telecom and energy markets. Leveraging your leadership experience, you will optimize processes, enhance project execution, and align operations with goals to fuel innovation and accelerate sales performance.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive the company’s growth and achieve business goals.
  • Oversee and optimize business operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Analyze and assess operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement actionable insights.
  • Successful history of building and leading high-performing teams, cultivating a culture of collaboration and continuous development.
  • Expertise in regulatory and compliance matters, ensuring operations adhere to industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Customer-centric approach, focused on meeting client needs and enhancing market positioning.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and managing complex, growth-focused initiatives is a plus.
