Production Specialist - Vinyl Graphic Installer

Lakeside Signs and Graphics is looking to expand with a skilled Printing & Vinyl Install Specialist to join our team! If you have experience with Flexi, Mutoh large-format printers, vinyl cutting, and installation, we want to hear from you.

As our Printing & Install Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the production and installation of high-quality signage, vehicle wraps, decals, and other visual marketing materials. You’ll work with cutting-edge equipment and collaborate with a talented team to bring client visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mutoh large-format printers and vinyl cutters to produce high-quality prints
• Utilize FlexiSIGN & PRINT software for design setup and production
• Prepare and apply vehicle wraps, wall graphics, and signage with precision
• Perform surface prep, lamination, and finishing to ensure long-lasting applications
• Troubleshoot printing and cutting issues to maintain efficiency
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients for best results
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring materials are stocked

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in large-format printing, vinyl cutting, and installation
• Proficiency in FlexiSIGN & PRINT software (or similar sign production software)
• Experience with Mutoh printers, plotters, and laminators
• Strong understanding of color management and print production workflows
• Ability to handle installations (vehicle wraps, window graphics, wall murals, signage, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for alignment and finishing quality
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, willing to go onsite for install
• Team player with strong communication skills
