Hours: Monday through Friday, no weekends!

Lakestate Industries is looking for a Job Coach to join our team and support a cleaning crew composed of individuals with physical and/or mental disabilities. Our crew members are working toward meaningful employment, and as a Job Coach, you’ll help them develop the soft skills needed for long-term success.

Basic Requirements:
- Good driving record.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel throughout the service area.
- Strong teaching and communication skills.
- Physical ability to walk, sit, lift, and stoop as required.
