What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Lakeview Christian Home of the Southwest?
Lakeview Christian Home of the Southwest, Inc. is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced maintenance worker. We are a nonprofit Skilled Nursing Facility in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
Core skills in English, mechanical knowledge, and facilities maintenance are essential. Premium skills in programmable logic controllers and electrical experience are highly valued. Relevant skills in residential painting, customer service, and leadership are beneficial. Experience in plumbing and long-term care settings is a plus.
The Maintenance Worker will be responsible in making minor repairs on flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, and emergency lights in our Long-Term Care Facility. Must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing and construction and take direction from the Maintenance Director. Must have a valid NM license and pass a background check.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
