Lakeview Dental is a Fee-For-Service practice, which means that our treatment plans and costs are not dictated by insurance. Our decision-making is purely patient-driven .

Lakeview Dental is seeking a confident and professional Front Desk team member to help support our organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast-paced office environment and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who can sincerely create connections with our clients and help them feel welcome.

Responsibilities :

  • Help patients in their walk-out experience.
  • Schedule strategically.
  • Present treatment plans and make financial arrangements with patients..
  • Send insurance claims.
  • Evaluate accounts receivable and collect payments from patients and insurance.
  • Answer phone calls and serve patients.
  • Verify insurance and create accurate treatment plans according to insurance details.

  • Dental office : 1 year (Preferred).
  • Dental Insurance claim submission : 1 year (Preferred).

    • Language :

  • Spanish (Preferred).
