Responsibilities :
Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes
Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
Verify patient information, insurance eligibility, and collect payments
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the dental system
Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, claims processing, and reporting
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Present treatment plans to patients in a clear and professional manner
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental or healthcare setting preferred
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in dental office software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.)
Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
