We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager focusing on project dispatching. With high stress situations, this project manager will manage various projects with internal and external stakeholders. The opportunity will be located at our offices in Delphos, OH and report directly to the SVP Project Management.
The goal of the Project Manager is to determine necessary improvements and to ensure the success of project implementations. This role would build successful working relationships between connected parties within Lakeview Farms.
Key responsibilities:
· Source and secure third-party resources needed for project(s) completion.
· Identify and utilize internal resources needed for the success of the projects
· Maintain technical alignment with key stakeholders.
· Lend advice and recommendations to ensure technical platforms are up to date.
· Possess general knowledge of data analytics and reporting requirements.
· Assign responsibilities based on individual strengths and monitor personnel.
· Ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner, within scope and budget.
· Plan, initiate, and communicate each project to stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
· Ensure the allocation of resources for each given project.
· Implement a detailed plan to monitor and track progress and performance indicators.
· Manage, strengthen, and coordinate working relationships between clients and stakeholders.
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and records.
· Seek advice from management when needed.
· Ability to meet deadlines and hold others accountable.
· Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
· Collaborative personality and strong team player.
· Planning and estimating costs, while assisting with project budget.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s in business management, Marketing, or Communications, preferred.
· PMP certification, preferred.
· 5 years of project management in a manufacturing setting.
· Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively both internally and externally with a wide range of people.
· High level of engagement and emotional intelligence.
· Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Power Point presentation in a business setting.
