Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations at the resort. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including staff assignments and scheduling.
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote a culture of excellence in service.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols related to cleaning procedures and equipment usage.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, floor care, and custodial practices.
