Overview
LKV Realty, LLC is a national brokerage services company. We are seeking an experienced real estate professional to help us manage our overall operational processes, including state license renewals, MLS memberships, MLS feed access, funding tracking, lead management, and inbound/outbound calling.
Specifically, the Operations Assistant will work with the Head of Real Estate Brokerage and the LKV Realty team to track license expirations and MLS membership compliance and fees, manage inbound and outbound customer calls, process invoices, and vendor management.
As a remote-first organization, LKV Realty is geographically located across the US - this role is fully remote anywhere in the United States, and can also take advantage of company offices in New York City, NY, or Coral Gables, FL. The compensation range is $60K-80K base pay along with a discretionary annual bonus.

Responsibilities
- Manage and pay vendor invoices, working with Bayview Accounts Payable team
- Work with the Head of Brokerage Operations to track funding for LKV Realty commission shares and closed transactions
- Track firm expirations and complete renewal paperwork for each state
- Track Board of Realtor and MLS memberships to remain compliant and stay up to date on dues
- Manage the email inbox for customer questions, complaints, or concerns and make outbound calls when necessary
- Answer all inbound customer calls to help answer questions, complaints, or concerns.
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment

- Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, ideally in a real estate, property management, or related field
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience within the real estate industry and experience in managing brokerage operatioons and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with customers, internal teams, and external vendors and partners
- Problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and adapt.
