Overview :
Senior Product Manager
Bayview is an investment management firm focused on investments in mortgage and consumer credit, including management of one of the largest U.S. mortgage servicing rights portfolios in the country. Fastlane Financial Solutions (Fastlane) is a new startup business within Bayview working to revolutionize the homeownership experience by providing customers with a robust digital platform and access to exclusive financial products. Our platform and products aim to simplify the mortgage process, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience beyond anything available to consumers today.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the definition and launch of our mortgage lending products and an innovative, first-of-its-kind consumer digital platform for homeowners and mortgage holders. Specifically, we are seeking a consumer technology-minded professional with an eye for UX, experience in the mortgage technology industry and demonstrated ability to drive zero-to-one initiatives and leverage the resources of an established organization to launch successful new products at scale.

As a remote-first organization, Fastlane is geographically distributed across the US this role is fully remote anywhere in the United States, and can also take advantage of Bayviews offices in New York City, NY or Coral Gables, FL.
The total compensation range for this role is $200,000 to $250,000; however, Bayview considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, education / training, location and key skills
