Industrial Sales Territory Manager – Grow With a Leader in Industrial Services

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and grow a territory of industrial accounts
- Engage directly with plant managers, maintenance leaders, and engineers
- Sell repair services and new components for hydraulic, robotic, and mechanical systems
- Drive revenue growth through prospecting and strategic follow-up
- Manage pickups and drop-offs for customer repair parts
Who You Are:
- A hands-on sales pro or tech-minded professional ready to shift into sales
- Comfortable in machine shops, plants, and industrial environments
- Skilled in communication—written and verbal (a must in 2025)
- Experienced (3 years) in B2B sales—preferably in hydraulics, pneumatics, or robotics
- Capable of managing a territory independently
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Bonus: You drive a pickup and don’t mind hauling parts when needed
