    Are you passionate about cheer and tumbling? Inspire young athletes and help them develop their skills by joining our team as a Tumbling Instructor! Lakeville Cheerleading strives to create a positive, safe and fun environment for student athletes to grow mentally and physically.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Instruct and spot tumbling skills for beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes.
    • Teach proper technique for tumbling skills:
      • Basic: Cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, backward rolls
      • Intermediate: Back walkovers, roundoffs, bridge kickovers, intro to back handsprings
      • Advanced: Back handsprings, roundoff skill, back tucks, layouts
    • Lead warm-ups for beginner levels and assist with advanced warm-ups.
    • Participate in staff training as needed.
    • Follow all policies and procedures, including submitting injury reports.
    • Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • Experience in gymnastics, tumbling, and/or cheer preferred.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to stay focused, engaged, and provide a positive learning environment.

    SCHEDULE:

    • 3-5 hours per week, Mondays and/or Thursdays
    • Hours: 6:30pm-8:45pm

    SALARY:

    • $17.50 per hour
