Job Description
Lakewood Church, is currently seeking a talented and passionate Manager to join our KidsLife Worship and Creative Arts team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of worship, creative arts, and creative output on the various social media platforms managed by the Childrens Ministry of Lakewood Church. This position reports to the Senior Director and works collaboratively with the entire KidsLife staff.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop and implement a worship strategy for the children's ministry that aligns with Lakewood Church's vision and values
- Oversee the recruiting, development, and rehearsals of vocalists, choirs, musicians, and performance teams for weekly services, special events, and productions
- Coordinate the development of KidsLife's online presence via YouTube, web, and other social media
- Provide leadership, development, and review to the Worship and Creative team
- Assist in the development of the weekend stage programming with Early Childhood and Elementary Managers
- Partner with Lakewood Church's worship and production departments
- Assure that all Lakewood Church and KidsLife policies and procedures are adhered to
- Participate in the development and execution of KidsLife events, team meetings, and weekly services
- Other duties as assigned
Ministerial Duties

This will also include:
- Regular attendance at Church services and classes
- Serving as a Prayer Partner or as a volunteer in any ministry of the Church
- Serving our community through local outreaches from time to time when needed by the Church

- Passionate about serving and ministering to children and their parents
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Proficient in music and worship technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and friendly disposition
- Strong familiarity with managing social media platforms and YouTube streaming
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate effective time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in music, worship, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in worship leadership and creative arts management
- Minimum of 2 years of ministry experience, preferably a children's/youth ministry
