Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead client engagements for creating a data-based solutions and applications.
- Requirements Elicitation: Understand requirements, challenges, and opportunities by leveraging frameworks and conducting client interviews. Proficient in authoring usecases and acceptance criteria
- Data Analysis & Insights: Translate data analysis into actionable insights and recommendations to improve business processes, strategy, and decision-making. Experience in ETL Testing is Mandatory
- Solution: Translate client needs into analytics and data driven solutions and work with engineering and analytics teams to drive project implementation.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in the development and execution of the department's strategic plan, including setting clear objectives and goals.
- Project Management: Help manage key projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Master’s degree in Business Management from a premier institution
- Strong understanding of project lifecycles, requirement frameworks and solutioning skills
- Advanced understanding of SQL, Excel and good understanding of Python.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
