Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent (MEP) to oversee and manage all aspects of our projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, be able to mentor and develop staff, and possess strong technical knowledge in MEP systems.
This role involves supervising, coordinating, scheduling, and managing all phases of the project, including site walkthroughs and contractor coordination. Strong proficiency in project management software, such as Submittal Exchange, Procore, and Bluebeam, is essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Construction Management, preferably in buildings, pools, and parks, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
