Lalor Family Dental is a growing, multi-office dental practice in the Greater Binghamton Area bringing over 60 years of experience in the dental field. Are you an experienced IT leader looking for a dynamic and rewarding opportunity? Lalor Dental is seeking a Full time IT Director to oversee and optimize our IT systems across multiple locations. If you're passionate about tech, leadership, and helping healthcare run smoothly, this is the role for you! THIS ROLE IS NOT REMOTE!
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Network & Systems : Oversee 6 locations with 300 workstations, 20 physical servers and 20 virtual servers, ensuring seamless operation and security.
- Lead IT Team : Manage day-to-day operations, delegate tasks, and mentor a growing IT team.
- Provide Support : Handle technical support for staff, including clinical platforms, software, and hardware.
- Implement Improvements : Propose and execute strategies for network upgrades, equipment replacements, and system enhancements.
- Ensure Security & Compliance : Regular audits and security checks to safeguard systems.
- Team Collaboration : Coordinate with IT Manager for clear communication and effective team collaboration.
