Instructional Designer
The Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team brings facilities and lab operations management, space and occupancy planning, real estate, lease and portfolio management, capital projects, business operations, business processes and solutions together to drive the engine of our global operations and R&D activity. The Impact You'll Make
As a Global Training Coordinator at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving Training content in GWS BP&S. You'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and sustaining high-quality learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes and behavioral changes.
In this role, you will directly contribute to creating and maintaining training materials and content for IWMS global software platform Tririga and GWS.
What You'll Do
- Design training content that will improve GWS business processes and support critical business strategies.
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360.
- Manage and optimize learning content within the Cornerstone Learning Management System.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design needs and determine the best learning solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of adult learning experiences that close skill gaps.
- Ensure that adult learning, learning design, and Lam branding standards are applied and followed.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
- Manage internal Sharepoint site.
- Create and maintain Tririga training documentation.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position : $71,000.00 - $165,000.00.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
