Marketing Coordinator

LaMacchia Travel is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for all creative branding of each of the brands via online or in person. Each brand needs to be represented uniquely to increase awareness of the brand and ultimately grow sales. As mediums change the Marketing Coordinator needs to stay current on all aspects of the industry.
A successful Marketing Coordinator will:
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email and social media advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage client portals, company website, company events, digital/print ad creations and promotional materials.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
A successful Marketing Coordinator will have:
- Proven work experience, training or education in digital marketing, graphic design and/or web design
- Experience in creation of landing pages
- Eye for aesthetic and graphic design
- Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience in web platforms such as Wordpress.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus.
