The primary goal of the Floater is to ensure continuous production by stepping into different roles as required, maintaining high standards of quality and safety in line with company expectations.
Mission:
Help the fabrication team by working on different tasks like running the plasma table, driving a forklift, welding, and keeping the area clean and organized.
