The Floater in the Parts Fabrication department is a versatile and experienced operator responsible for performing a variety of roles as needed, including working on Plasma Tables, Press Brakes, and operating Forklifts. The primary goal of the Floater is to ensure continuous production by stepping into different roles as required, maintaining high standards of quality and safety in line with company expectations.
Mission:
Help the fabrication team by working on different tasks like running the plasma table, driving a forklift, welding, and keeping the area clean and organized.
