Banquet Server

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service during various events and functions. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable experience through attentive service and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet events, including arranging tables, chairs, and linens.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with established standards of service.
• Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and organization during events.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, enhancing overall guest relations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies as outlined by the establishment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred, particularly in a catering or banquet setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing excellent guest relations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
