Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. Duties
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any requests or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and timing.
- Help with the breakdown of events, including cleaning up and resetting the space for future use.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or banquet settings is preferred.
- Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of catering operations and banquet service procedures is a plus.
