We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Heavy Equipment Operator / Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various machines and a strong understanding of site grading, foundation excavation and pipline installation. This role is crucial in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Duties
- Operate and monitor heavy equipment including excavators, backhoe, wheel loader, skid loader and compaction equipment.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure products meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
