What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order to Cash Specialist position at Lamb & Ritchie Company, Inc.?
Lamb and Ritchie Co. has been manufacturing products for over 150 years. We are currently looking for an Order to Cash Specialist to join the office as one of our long-term employees is preparing to retire this spring. This position will provide customer support, order entry and ERP system administration for our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience from a manufacturing/distribution environment in a product support, order fulfillment or cash receipts and billing role.
Main Responsibilities:
· Order entry and system administration for the ERP system. This includes the maintenance of customer & product data.
· Process cash receipts daily: Post payments to customer accounts, prepare deposits, communicate any payment discrepancies.
· Receipt and processing of orders as they are received from customers via phone, fax, and email.
· Assist customers with order confirmations, quotes, and invoices.
· Effectively communicate with customers and manufacturing floor with questions, issues, order changes, and order status.
· Projects and tasks as needed
