About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Sr. Manager of Procurement, Corporate Services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading procurement for corporate services spend, including IT, Professional Services, Human Resources, Marketing & Travel. You will support leaders in executing their strategic goals, implement a sourcing strategy, and act as a trusted partner/advisor to senior leaders. Additionally, you will improve corporate procurement procedures and processes.
Your Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with executives and internal stakeholders to improve procurement strategies; Elevate Procurement's status as a trusted partner in Lamb Weston; Build appropriate Supplier Risk Management protocols with critical suppliers; Lead complex sourcing efforts and negotiate with suppliers; Manage and own the entire contract negotiation process with support from Legal; Passionately support ESG outcomes for assigned categories; Contribute procurement performance and inflationary targets as part of annual budget planning cycle.
You Will Thrive in This Role If: You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field; You have 7 years of experience in procurement with at least 3 years in a corporate environment; You possess strong leadership skills, ability to manage and develop talent, and exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
