Job Description Summary
The Sr. Manager of Procurement, Corporate Services will lead procurement for ~$225 million in spend, including Information Technology, Professional Services, Human Resources, Marketing & Travel expenditures.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executives to improve procurement strategies.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to advance procurement capabilities.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for corporate services spend.
- Manage contract negotiation processes and supplier risk management protocols.
- Lead complex sourcing efforts and negotiate with suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Masters preferred).
- 7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a corporate environment.
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry (a plus).
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate in uncertain environments and deliver under pressure.
