Job Description Summary
The Senior Manager Reliability is responsible for setting the direction for life cycle Asset Management, Asset Reliability and Asset Maintenance for the LW NA group. The objective is to execute on a strategic roadmap to move the LW NA asset reliability maturity towards world class.
The Senior Manager Reliability develops, implements and owns a robust program for preventive, predictive and prescriptive maintenance. This will be supported by a monitoring program on the performance to increase equipment reliability and improve factory performance.
The Senior Manager Reliability supports and drives the LW NA Environmental and Sustainability objectives in the Asset Management, Asset Reliability, Asset Maintenance plans.
The Senior Manager Reliability is the program manager for LW NA to drive maintenance costs optimization, maintenance budget benchmarking and improvements in the service levels of our maintenance service suppliers.
The Senior Manager Reliability functionally leads the LW NA maintenance community and represents the LW NA maintenance function in CI programs, the LW Global organization and externally.
The Senior Manager Reliability is the LW NA process owner of the SAP Planned Maintenance Module and drives the fit for purpose set-up and use of this system supporting the LW NA Reliability strategy and programs.

- Responsible to develop, embed and maintain the LW NA Asset Management, Asset Reliability and Maintenance Strategy.
- Accountable to establish and ensure a one "lived" approach on Reliability within LW NA, based upon the set strategy
- Responsible to develop, roll out and embed programs and roadmaps on tactical level to drive world-class Reliability Excellence to optimize equipment reliability while optimizing costs.

Leadership and people development
Give functional leadership to the plant maintenance managers and teams on maintenance and Reliability managementAccountable to guide and support the operational plant maintenance teams with the operational Reliability plans based upon the set Reliability programs and roadmaps.Responsible to build and maintain a Reliability community within LW NAAttract, build and develop talent for the Maintenance / Reliability organization in LW NASupport the plant teams on major breakdowns, supplier escalations and RCA's of major breakdowns.KPI's -360 degree feedback from the plant maintenance teams on performanceProgress in Reliability programs / roadmap vs. the planof meetings, 1 on 1's with plant maintenance teamsContribution to succession plansof supporting events and RCA supportReliability Management
Responsible to develop, roll out and maintain an Asset Management framework, systems, structures and processes for LW NA.Responsible to develop and roll out programs to move from reactive to pro-active (planned / preventive maintenance) to achieve higher OEE, reliability and lifetime extension.Responsible to determine the Maintenance and or Operations / Reliability strategy with the support of MRO procurement and alignment with the plant(s) on execution with own organization or outsourcing.Process Owner and lead of the maintenance module of the ERP system (SAP PM) and work with the IT partners to ensure it supports the LW NA Reliability strategyKPI's -Up-to-date Reliability system in place and functioning within the LW NA groupunplanned downtimesPer asset (group) a maintenance strategy in placeCorrect usage of SAP PM system within LW NA Group (audit driven)Reliability Finance & Compliance
Guide and support the annual supply chain maintenance budgeting process (OPEX) of LW NALead and support the annual and strategic capital budgeting process (CAPEX) on asset replacements and asset improvement investments for LW NA.Responsible to develop, roll out and maintain a zero-based maintenance budgeting process that supports cost effective maintenance on the LW NA assets.Responsible to benchmark the maintenance budgets within the LW NA group, the LW global organization and similar business outside LW NA and use this to optimize the maintenance budgetsResponsible to drive with the support of the MRO procurement organization a spare parts stock that has the optimum balance between value and availability of critical spares to achieve the best working capital position on spare parts.Ensure the Reliability system meets the company compliance requirements of our financial and management systems and support and guide the maintenance plant teams with this.KPI's -Annual group maintenance budget delivered OTIF for AOPAnnual and 5-year capital plan delivered OTIF for AOPZero based maintenance budget process in place and adopted by the sites.of (improvement) actions derived from benchmark on maintenance budgeting processactions and results to optimize / reduce the working capital position on the spare stock.no compliance issues on Reliability system during internal & external audits.Communication & reporting
Responsible for the reporting and KPI dashboards on the financial status incl. outlook and the asset performance of the LW NA Group.
