- You will verify the accuracy of all purchase orders and submit them to the appropriate vendors.
- You will resolve product discrepancies between warehouse locations and vendors to maintain inventory accuracy.
- You will reconcile monthly financial statements to ensure proper reporting and accuracy.
- You will enter monthly inventory counts for all warehouse branches to maintain accurate records.
- You will perform weekly revenue and expense data analysis, providing key insights to company leadership.
- You will act as a liaison between accounts payable and inventory teams, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
- You will have the ability to work remotely with the occasional weekend availability required for month-end reporting and reconciliations.
- You will need to ability to work other duties as assigned.
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Proven experience in financial reconciliation, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial software.
