Position Overview:

The experienced Sales Manager will lead our boutique Lamborghini store in Palmetto Bay, FL. Bringing a proven track record in luxury automotive sales management, a passion for delivering unparalleled customer experiences, and the ability to inspire and grow a high-performing sales team. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving business growth, enhancing brand presence, and fostering strong relationships withing the automotive and local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:
    • Lead and manage a small, elite team of sales associates, setting clear performance expectations and goals.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing coaching and guidance to ensure continuous improvement.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professionalism among the sales team.

  • Business Development:
    • Actively participate in industry-related events, networking opportunities, and community opportunities to strengthen the dealership’s presence and generate new business leads.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospective customers, and business partners.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional activities and events to drive showroom traffic and engagement.

  • Customer Experience:
    • Ensure the delivery of a world-class customer experience aligned with Lamborghini’s brand standards.
    • Oversee the resolution of customer concerns and issues to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
    • Maintain showroom standards to provide an inviting and luxurious environment for customers.

  • Operational Management:
    • Manage inventory levels, coordinating with General Manager and logistics team to ensure optimal stock and allocation.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and manufacturer standards.
    • Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of luxury automotive sales management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the luxury automotive market.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and dealership management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in an environment that may require standing outdoors during events.

Working Conditions:

  • Primary work will be conducted in a luxury showroom environment with some time spent at off-site events and networking engagements.
  • Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands and attend events.
  • Travel may be required for industry events, training, and meetings.
