Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our food service operations and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all items are organized and stored properly.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and helping with basic food handling.
• Support kitchen staff by cleaning work areas, equipment, and floors to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to help others as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
