What are the responsibilities and job description for the Access Home Provider position at Lamoille County Mental Health Services?
The Access Home Provider will provide supervision and caregiving to youth who enter their home. The Access Home provider will coordinate the care of youth with the Access Program Manager and the family of the youth to support re-integration to the parent home. The Access Home Provider will engage in training opportunities with the Access Program Manager in order to utilize Trauma Informed Skills and therapeutic parenting skills to support the youth in the home. Additionally, the provider is responsible complete documentation as needed for the youth in their home.
Job Tasks will include:
Ø Providing adequate supervision to youth who are experiencing mental health crisis
Ø Use trauma informed and therapeutic parenting skills to interact with youth and manage behaviors
Ø Coordinate with Access Program Manager to coordinate reintegration of youth to their sending home
Ø Complete documentation as instructed by Access Program Manager

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
