Job Overview
The Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations for Budget Blinds in NE South Dakota so candidate could live in Aberdeen or Watertown. They will direct all operational functions of budget blinds, in accordance with the policies and practices of the company. They will sell, install and facilitate and organize all operations of the Budget Blind Aberdeen/Watertown while providing excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service while delivering affordable custom window coverings to a large region.
• Educating customers on the different types of products that are offered
• Exceeding customer expectations through in-home consultations, quotes and installations
• Selling product and keeping track of sales
• Installing blinds after sale
• Advertising
• Processing orders and warranty claims
• Following through on delivery date and time
• Coordinating and following up on appointments, questions, and concerns via phone or email
• Being able to effectively and efficiently use power and hand tools for install.
• Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and Experience

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 2 years sales or construction type of experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and articulately orally and in writing
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
• Positive and friendly demeanor toward every customer and colleague
• Computer and technology skills with a focus on Excel and Microsoft Office

Travel
Budget Blinds territory is North East South Dakota so travel around the NE part of the state will be included, depending on customer locations.
Position Type
This is a full-time position: Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM. But you control your own schedule as it is up to you when you want to schedule sales meetings and installs. Very flexible schedule and basically work for yourself.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
