Administrative Assistant
Pay: $18 per hour (Based on experience)
Lamphear’s is a growing and reputable landscape company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Schedule deliveries for supply yard
- Prepare, send invoices and track payments
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with payroll preparation and employee time tracking
- Provide administrative support to the office administrator and management team
- Order and manage office supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 8:00AM – 5:00PM
