Lamprey Health Care in NH has two (2) openings for the full-time Family Nurse Practitioner Fellowship which has expanded to our Newmarket office.
Start date of March 10, 2025
Lamprey Health Care is a non-profit, federally-funded Community Health Center in New Hampshire.
Are you interested in working as a Nurse Practitioner while continuing to gain experience not only in the family practice setting where you are mentored by a Lead Preceptor as well as additional specialty rotations.
The Family Nurse Practitioner Fellowship includes:
- Precepted continuity clinics held at our Raymond or Newmarket Center
- Mentored clinics at our locations in Newmarket, Raymond and Nashua as well as various specialty practices (2-4 a week)
- Weekly education sessions (1 a week)
- Specialty rotations (2 a week)
- Completion of quality improvement project
- Participation in Project ECHO and all teach, all learn model of education
- A comprehensive evaluation process

Successful candidates to the Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Program will:
- Be a recent graduate from a Masters or DNP program.
- Be licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as an APRN in NH.
- Have ANCC or AANP certification as FNP.
- Be committed to primary care practice in a community health setting.
Compensation for a Nurse Practitioner Fellow is $80,000 annually. It is a base salary which includes all full-time benefits.
